IT SUPPORT ENGINEER – L1 (REMOTE GCC CLIENT SUPPORT)

We are seeking a customer-focused and technically competent IT Support Engineer – Level 1 (L1) to provide remote technical support to our clients across the GCC region, primarily the UAE. The role will be based at our India office in Athani, Kochi, Kerala, and will involve handling first-level technical issues related to IT systems, CCTV and surveillance systems, wireless access points, and general IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have good troubleshooting skills, a service-oriented mindset, and excellent English communication skills, as the role requires regular communication with GCC clients, particularly UAE-based customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 remote technical support to UAE and GCC clients.
- Troubleshoot basic computer, hardware, software and system-related issues.
- Provide support for CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs and surveillance systems.
- Troubleshoot wireless access points, Wi-Fi and basic network connectivity issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients in English through calls and emails.
- Record support requests, follow up with clients and escalate complex issues to the technical team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support, technical support or L1 support.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, CCTV systems, IP cameras and wireless access points.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate with UAE/GCC clients.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer service, coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to handle and resolve support requests efficiently.

- Work Arrangement: Office-based role in India, providing remote technical support to clients across the GCC region.
- Client Region: UAE and other GCC countries.
- Support Level: Level 1 (L1) technical support.
