Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.

- Reach out to prospects via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.

- Generate and qualify leads for web development services, including CMS, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace.

- Nurture leads, understand client requirements, and convert prospects into paying customers.

- Schedule meetings and build a strong sales pipeline using CRM and lead-nurturing tools.

- Present company services effectively and follow up with prospects to improve conversion rates.

- Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, conversion, and sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales opportunities.

- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to identify potential clients.

KPI / Performance Metrics

- Number of qualified leads generated.

- Meetings scheduled per month.

- Lead-to-opportunity and lead-to-client conversion rates.

- Revenue contribution from converted leads.





- Client follow-up and engagement rate.

- Monthly sales targets achieved.

Requirements

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development.

- Hands-on experience with lead generation and lead-nurturing tools.

- Ability to handle cold calling, prospecting, and client interactions professionally.

- Good understanding of B2B sales processes and conversion strategies.

- Basic knowledge of web development services and platforms, including CMS, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset.

- Willingness to work in a night shift.
