**About the Role**

We are a digital marketing and website design company seeking a driven business development executive to acquire new clients, pitch our services, and close deals. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Identify and prospect B2B clients, especially in D2C, e-commerce, and digital-first businesses
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and online prospecting
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present our services
- Prepare tailored proposals and quotations covering performance marketing, social media, website development, and conversion optimization
- Follow up with prospects, handle negotiations, and close deals
- Maintain the sales pipeline and client records in CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding




- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

**Required Skills**

- Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
- Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, performance marketing, website development)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools
- Ability to prepare proposals and quotations
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA or equivalent); candidates pursuing a degree may be considered
- Prior experience in an agency or digital marketing company
- Experience in customer service or team handling is a plus
