Role & responsibilities
& Qualification/skills required :
- Will be working as an Account Manager for 2-3 global client to manage client relationship & Delivery end to end;
- Will be meeting client for regular review meeting and understating their hiring plan
- Sourcing candidate through different channels like Job portal, LinkedIn, head-hunting etc. and conducting HR assessment interview before presenting profiles for client review;
- The candidates must have Post/Graduation in any stream with excellent verbal & written communication skills, with high energy level and open for taking complete accountability to build positive relationship and delivery for client.
