We are looking for IT Purchase Officer
Experience- 3 to 6 Years
Location- Pune / Hyderabad
Role & responsibilities
- Manage procurement of IT software such as laptop, hardware , accessories and related services based on customer requirements.
- Handle RFQs, quotation analysis, purchase orders, order placement, delivery follow-ups and invoice discrepancies.
- Coordinate with IT teams, customers, vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain procurement documentation, reports and procedures while following company standards and guidelines.
- Support vendor selection, supplier management, IT purchasing process improvement and global IT sourcing activities.
- Experience with administrative, purchasing or logistics .
- IT knowledge or experience with IT vendors is preferred.
