Job Summary

We are looking for an IT / Networking Coordinator who can independently manage day-to-day IT support, networking, IT assets, endpoint security, and vendor coordination. The candidate should have strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and basic knowledge of network and security controls.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Asset Management & Procurement

- Manage the complete lifecycle of laptops, desktops, smartphones, printers and other IT assets.
- Handle IT procurement, allocation, repair, replacement and regular asset audits.
- Maintain proper records of IT assets and track repair/replacement TAT.
- Coordinate with vendors and negotiate pricing to control IT costs.

2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues before sending devices to external vendors.
- Handle basic issues related to laptops, desktops, smartphones, printers, Wi-Fi, CCTV and biometric systems.
- Install and configure Windows, MS Office and other required business applications.
- Install and maintain antivirus and other endpoint security tools.
- Should have Enterprise Level Knowledge of CyberSecurity, APs and other relevant information

3. Networking & Security

- Manage basic LAN/Wi-Fi networks, Access Points and network devices.
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity and network-related issues.
- Manage IP whitelisting and blacklisting as per company requirements.
- Assist in firewall configuration and network access controls.
- Implement website/content filtering and restrict unauthorized software installations.
- Monitor software licenses and endpoint security compliance.

4. Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain IT asset,



repair, procurement and vendor-related reports.
- Use MS Excel for data management, tracking and reporting.
- Analyze recurring IT issues and identify bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with employees, vendors and internal teams for timely resolution of IT issues.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Networking, Infrastructure or IT Asset Management.
- Hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, Firewall and Access Points.
- Experience with Antivirus, Endpoint Security and Content Filtering.
- Knowledge of IT procurement and vendor management.
- Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office and software installation.
- Good communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and IT reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
