: IT Network & Administration 10 Key Responsibilities

1. Network Administration: Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and overall network connectivity.
2. Firewall Management: Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and network security policies.
3. Intercom & EPABX Systems: Install, configure, and troubleshoot intercom, EPABX, IP telephony, and internal communication systems.
4. Server Administration: Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, user accounts, domain policies, and server availability.
5. IT Infrastructure Support: Ensure smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
6. Cybersecurity & Access Management: Implement antivirus, endpoint security, password policies, access permissions, and data protection measures.

CCTV & Access Control: Monitor and maintain CCTV surveillance, biometric attendance systems, access control, and related security infrastructure.
8. Troubleshooting & Helpdesk: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, internet, and communication-related technical issues.
9. Backup & Disaster Recovery: Manage data backups, recovery procedures, system updates, patch management, and business continuity measures.
10. Vendor & IT Asset Management: Coordinate with IT service providers and telecom vendors, maintain IT inventory, manage AMC renewals, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
