Job Responsibilities:

Software Support & Implementation Executive

- Coordinate with software vendors regarding ongoing and upcoming projects, tasks, and software updates.

- Provide prompt and effective technical support to branches and internal users.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software glitches and application-related issues.

- Perform daily monitoring and routine checks of company websites, add-on portals, and other software applications.

- Coordinate effectively with software vendors and internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

- Diagnose recurring technical issues and work towards improving software performance and user experience.

- Handle user queries and support requests received through emails, phone calls, and other communication channels.

- Assist in the implementation, testing, and deployment of new software applications and features.

- CBS Migration: Assist in core banking software migration activities, including data migration, data validation, testing, reconciliation, and post-migration support.





- Support CBS Dayend and Daystart processes and coordinate with vendors to resolve related technical issues.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, issue logs, user guides, and implementation reports.

- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth software operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Follow up with vendors on pending issues, bug fixes, system enhancements, and project deliverables.

- Perform any other software support and implementation activities assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

- Experience in software support, implementation, troubleshooting, or CBS operations will be an advantage.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to coordinate with branches and vendors and support time-sensitive operational activities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
