Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Manage the IT budget (capex/opex)
- Oversee networks, servers, cloud, and end-user systems
- Ensure uptime, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Manage ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other business applications
- Lead IT projects on time and within budget
- Enforce information security, data protection, and compliance (ISO 27001, DPDP Act, RBI/SEBI where relevant)
- Select and manage vendors, licenses, and contracts
- Build, mentor, and manage the IT team
- Report on IT performance and risks to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering (Master’s/MBA preferred)
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
