- Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Provide software installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting support.
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic networking issues.
- Manage email accounts, user access, antivirus, and system updates.
- Provide support for Windows OS, MS Office, and other business applications.
- Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, and hardware inventory.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs and technical support.
- Ensure regular data backups and basic IT security practices.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to all departments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
