Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Infrastructure &
- Support:
Maintain office and shop-floor computers, printers, barcode scanners, CCTV cameras, and local area networks (LAN/Wi-Fi).
- ERP &
- Software Support:
Assist staff with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, inventory tools, or production tracking software (MES).
- Hardware &
- Networking:
Handle server maintenance, firewall setups, Active Directory, system backups, and quick troubleshooting for downtime prevention.
- Data &
- Cybersecurity:
Ensure regular data backups, implement basic access controls, and protect plant systems from malware or network threats.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage IT hardware vendors, internet service providers (ISPs), and software support contracts.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
