We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive – Hardware to manage IT hardware, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
- Provide technical support to hospital staff for hardware and basic software-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions and system performance issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity.
- Perform hardware installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and repairs
- Provide timely technical support to minimize downtime and ensure smooth hospital operations.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment will be an advantage.
