Key Responsibilities

IT &

- Hardware Support

- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues.

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.

- Diagnose hardware failures and coordinate repairs or replacements when required.

- Manage installation and configuration of operating systems, applications, and required software.

- Maintain IT asset inventory, including laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories, and other equipment.

- Track allocation, return, repair, and replacement of IT assets.

Network &

- Connectivity

- Provide basic support for LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.

- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues and coordinate with external vendors/ISPs when required.

- Assist in maintaining basic network infrastructure and office IT equipment.

User &

- System Support

- Create and configure user accounts, systems, email, and access as required.

- Provide first-level technical support and resolve employee IT queries.





- Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing systems and collecting IT assets.

- Ensure timely resolution and proper documentation of IT support requests.

IT Security &

- Maintenance

- Ensure systems are updated with required security patches and antivirus protection.

- Follow company IT security and data protection policies.

- Perform regular backups and basic system health checks where applicable.

- Monitor IT equipment and identify potential issues proactively.

Vendor &

- IT Procurement

- Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, software, internet, and other technical services.

- Assist in obtaining quotations and procuring IT hardware and accessories.

- Verify hardware/software deliveries and maintain relevant documentation and invoices.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
