Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled IT Executive who can manage digital marketing, graphic designing, video editing, social media platforms, and the organization’s digital presence. The candidate will help promote the activities, healthcare services, social initiatives, and charitable projects of Kalyanam Karoti through engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT & Technical Support

- Manage basic IT operations, computers, printers, internet connectivity, and software.
- Maintain the organization’s website and assist with technical updates.
- Organize digital files, photographs, videos, and important data.

2. Graphic Designing

- Design posters, banners, brochures, invitations, certificates, and promotional materials.
- Create attractive creatives for eye-care services, medical camps, charitable activities, and special education programs.
- Develop branding materials for social media and institutional events.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media

- Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, and publish regular posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Support digital campaigns to increase awareness, public engagement, and donor outreach.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Assist with website SEO, Google Business Profile, and online promotional campaigns.

4. Video Editing & Content Creation

- Edit videos of eye camps, cataract surgeries, hospital activities, events, and NGO initiatives, ensuring patient privacy.
- Create reels,



short videos, interviews, testimonials, and promotional films.
- Add titles, subtitles, transitions, background music, and voice-overs.
- Prepare videos suitable for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
- Practical knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, internet, and website management.
- Creativity, communication skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Graduate or Diploma in IT, Computer Applications, Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical skills and a good portfolio may also apply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Quality and timely delivery of designs and videos.
- Consistency of social media posting.
- Growth in audience reach and engagement.
- Timely completion of digital campaigns and assigned IT tasks.
- Quality of monthly digital performance reports.
