Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day IT operations and technical support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system-related issues.
- Manage IT assets, systems and equipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical problems.
- Maintain IT records and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems.
