Data Operations: Clean, format, and prepare large datasets in MS Excel for seamless central database uploads.
Technical Support: Act as the primary contact for branch technical support issues, logging and tracking resolutions.
Coordination & Admin: Assist the IT Manager with documentation, routine system monitoring, and cross-branch operational synchronization.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (specifically VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formatting formulas).
- Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, B.C.A, or Diploma)Certification or working knowledge of Tally and
- commerce background is an advantage.
- Aptitude: Robust problem-solving skills and a keen desire to learn proprietary retail software tools.
