Role & responsibilities

- Handle labour law compliance and statutory audits in a manufacturing company.
- Manage factory audits, labour inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and labour-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, industrial relations, attendance, and contract labour coordination.
- Coordinate with factory management, auditors, and government authorities during inspections.

Preferred candidate profile

- Mandatory experience in labour compliance and statutory audits in manufacturing.
- FMCG industry experience preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of labour laws, factory audits, and statutory documentation.
- Strong coordination and documentation skills.
