IPQA Executive – Spices Manufacturing | Multi-Plant Role

Locations: Ahmedabad | Uttar Pradesh | Mumbai (Remote)

Experience: 5–7 Years

Industry: Food / Spices / FMCG – Mandatory

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc – Food Technology / Food Processing

■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- In-process quality checks across cleaning, roasting, grinding, blending & packaging
- Ensure GMP | HACCP | FSSAI | ISO 22000 compliance
- Monitor CCPs, hygiene, packaging & labelling standards
- Maintain BMRs, IPQA records & inspection reports
- Identify non-conformities & support CAPA / quality improvement
- Coordinate with Production & QA teams across multiple plants
- Support internal audits and plant-level quality initiatives





■ ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS ✓ Robust IPQA / QA experience in Spices / Food Processing / FMCG

✓ Excellent documentation & reporting skills

✓ Comfortable with frequent inter-plant travel

✓ Ability to independently manage quality activities at plant locations

✓ Multi-Plant | Plant-Based | Travel Required
