Shree Ram Super Speciality Hospital, Jalandhar

We are looking for experienced and dedicated professionals to join our hospital team for the following positions:

1. IPD Billing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process inpatient (IPD) bills accurately.
- Handle patient admissions, billing entries, interim bills, and final settlements.
- Coordinate with TPA/insurance departments for cashless patients.
- Verify hospital charges, pharmacy bills, investigation charges, and procedure charges.
- Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, accounts, and discharge departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate patient discharge billing.
- Maintain proper billing records and documentation.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any stream; candidates with hospital billing experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital billing will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of hospital billing software, cashless insurance, and TPA procedures preferred.
- Positive communication skills and attention to detail.

1. IPD Billing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the complete IPD billing department.
- Monitor interim billing, final billing, and discharge settlements.




- Ensure accurate billing as per hospital tariffs, packages, and insurance approvals.
- Coordinate with TPA, insurance, accounts, nursing, and other departments.
- Monitor billing errors, pending bills, deductions, and outstanding amounts.
- Manage staff duties, work allocation, and departmental performance.
- Ensure proper documentation, billing compliance, and timely patient discharge.
- Prepare daily billing reports and resolve billing-related issues.

Eligibility:

- Graduate or postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant hospital billing experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of IPD billing, TPA/cashless processes, insurance packages, and hospital information systems.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
