Role & responsibilities

- To ensure harmonious industrial relations within the plant by maintaining proactive engagement with employees and statutory bodies while ensuring compliance with all labour laws and company policies.

- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and disputes effectively.

- Conduct domestic inquiries and manage misconduct cases.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws (Factories Act, ID Act, Payment of Wages, etc.).

- Maintain statutory registers, returns, and records.

- Liaise with government departments (Labour, PF, ESI, etc.) during inspections/audits.

- Ensure health, safety, and well-being measures are implemented.

- Coordination & Ensuring coverage of Workmen under Workmen Compensation Policy for Contract Labour and follow up with contractor in renewal of policy in time.

- Coordination with government departments for approvals like Plans approval, Site appraisal for (CPP & Cement Plant), Panchayat Union and Local panchayat approvals, Fire & health department approvals etc.

- Coordinating for all statutory related Compliances
