Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: M.Pharm, preferably in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, or Pharmacy Practice
IPM /responsibilities
- Responsible for patent searching for both formulations and API patents, patent expiries, and statuses etc., for different geographies (including US and Europe).
- Responsible for patent landscaping and building reports.
- Responsible for patent infringement analysis, FTO analysis for generic and 505(b)(2) products.
- Responsible for IP due diligence and tracking of patent litigation (Hatch-Waxman).
- Responsible for identifying current products or 505(b)(2) opportunities.
- Responsible for patent analysis and litigation analysis to identify expected generic entry.
Pay: From ₹550,000.00 per year
