Education Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in legal administration, paralegal studies, or related field.
- 4 to 6 years Experience in intellectual property Compliance and administration, docketing, filing or paralegal support in Patent and Design matters.
- Experience handling global filings, annuities, invoice processing, and deadline tracking.
- Robust knowledge of IP management systems, Patents and Design Act, PCT systems and spreadsheet-based tracking tools.

Required Experience

4-6 years Role Description The IP Paralegal and Administrator is responsible for executing day-to-day Global IP planning and compliance activities, including docketing, filing support in Patents & Designs, annuity tracking and provide instructions to associates, along with maintenance of accurate records for domestic and foreign IP matters. This role supports the Global IP matters by ensuring deadlines are met and upkeep records are complete and accurate in the internal repository.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle global IP filings for Patent and design matters ensuring compliance.




- Track and monitor filings, renewal dates, maintenance fees, and other statutory deadlines to ensure IP compliance for Patents and Designs (Domestic & Foreign)
- Oversee IP patents and design publications and annuity review and reporting for domestic and foreign IP matters
- Ensure 100% Statutory IP legal compliance and portfolio management and prepare necessary legal documentation
- Support statutory IP legal compliance including filing, docketing, maintenance and annuities.
- IP legal records tracking, maintenance , upkeep and governance
- IP Centre Management at IQL
- Prepare and maintain filing forms, correspondence, receipts, assignments, and supporting documents
- Provide adminstrative support for overall IP events as and when required.
