Role Description The Investors for Agriculture / Defence / Cookware Research and Development role at Effi-Car is a full-time, on-site position based in Kothagudem. The individual in this role will evaluate and support R&D; initiatives, review business cases, and participate in financial planning for projects across agriculture, defence, and cookware domains. Day-to-day activities include assessing investment opportunities, analyzing technical and market feasibility, and working with the R&D; and operations teams to understand timelines, risks, and expected returns.

The role involves participating in strategy meetings, providing input on funding allocation, and monitoring project performance and milestones.



The investor will also help build relationships with external partners, contribute to long-term growth planning, and ensure that investments align with Effi-Car’s vision and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of investment analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment, preferably with exposure to technology or manufacturing sectors.
- Knowledge or interest in agriculture, defence technologies, and cookware product development, with the ability to learn technical concepts and market dynamics.
- Ability to review R&D; proposals, interpret data, and evaluate commercial viability, including market size, cost structures, and revenue potential.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with founders, engineers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Experience in business strategy, project evaluation, or venture capital, private equity, or corporate investment roles is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and structured approach to decision-making.
- Capacity to work on-site in Kothagudem, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and participate in occasional field or facility visits.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
