Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented candidate with strong MS Excel and Google Sheets skills to manage inventory audits, stock reconciliation, reporting and first-level IT support for our retail stores and online sales. The role requires a multitasker who can coordinate smoothly with store and office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct periodic physical stock audits at stores, including barcode scanning and stock counting, and reconcile the results with system records.
- Reconcile inventory transactions such as stock transfers, job work, pending approvals and other stock discrepancies.
- Reconcile online marketplace returns and dispatches, submit claims on time and update marketplace inventory.
- Coordinate with store and office teams to resolve discrepancies and keep records accurate.
- Maintain inventory records and handle routine operations in the ERP/inventory software.
- Prepare, update and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Provide first-level IT support for computers, printers, CCTV and other office systems,



and coordinate with external IT vendors for issues beyond basic troubleshooting.
- Visit outstation stores occasionally for stock audits, if required

Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BA / BCA preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience preferred; freshers with valuable practical Excel skills are welcome.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Basic knowledge of computers, printers, and IT troubleshooting.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.
- Good multitasking, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Salary : ₹17,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
