Role Description The Inventory Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for monitoring stock levels, tracking product movement, and ensuring optimal inventory availability for hotelware, crockery, and kitchen equipment.

The specialist will update inventory records, reconcile physical counts with system data, and coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to anticipate demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate documentation, preparing inventory reports, identifying discrepancies,



and supporting materials handling in the store and warehouse. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve inventory processes and support effective order fulfillment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills to maintain accurate stock levels and optimize ordering.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, forecast demand, and identify process improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with purchasing, sales, and operations teams.
- Candidates should possess Materials Management knowledge to oversee stock handling, storage, and movement within the facility.
- Relevant experience in inventory or store operations, preferably in hospitality, retail, or industrial supplies.
- Proficiency with inventory software or ERP systems, and basic MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
