We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory planning, stock monitoring, record maintenance, and coordination with vendors and operations teams. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, optimal stock levels, and timely availability of construction materials to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for construction and building materials.
- Track stock levels, material movement, incoming shipments, and outgoing orders.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain proper documentation of stock receipts, dispatches, returns, and transfers.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
- Forecast inventory requirements based on demand, order volumes, and business needs.
- Identify slow-moving, excess, and fast-moving inventory and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies, wastage, and unnecessary holding costs.
- Ensure timely processing of purchase and replenishment requirements in coordination with the procurement team.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock summaries,



and other MIS reports for management.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and avoid stock shortages.
- Maintain organized inventory documentation and follow established operational procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Experience handling construction materials, building products, or industrial inventory will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, material tracking, and demand planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in inventory records.
