Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, monitor stock movements, and ensure optimal stock availability. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, physical stock verification, inventory reconciliation, and coordination with the purchase, warehouse, sales, and accounts teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records for inward, outward, and internal stock transfers.
- Monitor daily stock movements and update inventory data in ERP/software or Excel.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Reconcile physical stock with system stock and investigate discrepancies.
- Track minimum stock levels, reorder points, slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.




- Coordinate with the purchase department for timely replenishment of stock.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and goods received notes (GRNs).
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, identification, and classification of inventory.
- Monitor material issuance and dispatch to ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Identify damaged, expired, excess, or shortage stock and report the same to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth inventory operations.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper inventory documentation.
