Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist international customers with their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Maintain qualified communication and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following company processes and guidelines.

Required Skills:

- Excellent English communication skills.




- Strong verbal communication and active listening.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.
