Key Responsibilities
- International Itinerary Designing: Design Bespoke Holiday packages & Book Cruise, Flights, Hotels, Transfers & Sightseeing. (covering Global destinations)
- Lead Conversion: Connect with B2C/B2B leads via phone and email, consult them on Global Travel options andsuccessfully close Bookings.
- Vendor & DMC Coordination: Coordinate with Travel Suppliers, DMCs, Airlines & Hoteliers to negotiate competitive Pricing and Maximize Profit margins.
- End-to-End Client Support: Assist clients with International Travel requirements, Flight updates & Post-Booking support until they return.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience specifically in International Travel Sales or International Holiday Packaging.
- Destination Knowledge: Strong geographical knowledge of popular outbound global tourist destinations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to seamlessly handle premium clients.
- Sales Acumen: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, travel booking engines, and MS Office. Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo) is an added advantage.
