Position: Internal Dealer Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver training programs for Sales, Service, CRM, Accessories, Insurance, and Customer Care teams.

- Conduct induction training for new employees and refresher training for existing staff.

- Identify training needs through performance reviews, audits, and dealership requirements.

- Ensure dealership employees are updated on product knowledge, sales processes, customer handling, and company policies.

- Conduct role-plays, assessments, and certification programs to improve employee performance.

- Coordinate with OEM training teams and ensure completion of mandated training modules.

- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and training effectiveness reports.

- Monitor training outcomes and recommend improvement plans.





- Support dealership management in enhancing employee productivity and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare monthly training MIS and reports.

Required Skills:

- Strong presentation and training delivery skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valuable knowledge of automobile dealership operations.

- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- MBA or Training Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 5-10 years of experience in dealership training, sales training, service training, CRM training, or learning & development.

- Experience in conducting classroom and on-the-job training programs.
