Team Leader (TL)

- Salary: 20–25% hike on last CTC
- Maximum CTC: Up to 9 LPA

Senior Team Leader (Senior TL)

- Salary: 20–25% hike on last CTC
- Maximum CTC: Up to 10 LPA

Key Requirements

- Mandatory experience in International Voice Banking, specifically Credit Cards and Loans.
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in International Voice Banking.
- At least 1 year of Team Leader experience, with on-paper TL experience mandatory.
- Robust experience in team handling, KPI and SLA management, performance monitoring, and escalations.
