1. Core Role and Responsibilities- Internal Auditor:-

- Audit Execution: Plan and execute risk-based audit engagements, review financial statements, and test internal controls.
- Compliance & Risk Assessment: Evaluate adherence to company policies, industry standards, and local/national regulations.
- Fraud Detection: Identify operational discrepancies, financial irregularities, and potential fraudulent activities.
- Reporting & Recommendations: Prepare detailed audit reports and present actionable recommendations for cost reduction and operational efficiency to senior management or the audit committee.
- Follow-Up: Monitor the implementation of recommended remedial actions and conduct follow-up reviews.

2. Core Role and Responsibilities- Manager-Accounts:-

Indirect Taxation/ Direct Taxation





- Comprehensive knowledge of GST laws and compliance including Preparation and filing of GST returns,.
- Drafting skills for preparing replies to Show Cause Notices (SCNs) and compilation of supporting data/documents. & Handling GST-related queries and correspondence with suppliers, customers, and tax authorities
- Knowledge of Import of Goods at Concessional Rate (IGCR) provisions, including return filing and bond execution.
- Practical knowledge of export transactions (direct and deemed exports) under GST and Customs laws, including preparation of export documentation.
- Preparation of GST reconciliations and MIS reports for management.
- Sound knowledge of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (and applicable provisions under the Income-tax Act, 2025, as notified) & Experience of filing returns.
- Preparation of tax audit data, schedules, and supporting documents, and coordination with statutory/tax auditors for closure of audit queries.
- Coordination with tax consultants and tax authorities for assessments, notices, and departmental communications.

Qualification & Skills.

Qualified CA

- MS Excel Skills Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) is highly valued for taxation roles.
- ERP Knowledge – Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or similar ERP systems is often preferred.
