REQUIREMENT SUMMARY The Senior Internal Audit Specialist is a crucial role within our ITES sector, based in Delhi. This position is designed for professionals with level 3 experience, specifically between 3 to 6 years.

Description

- Qualified CA, Semi-Qualified CA, or MBA is required.

- 3-6 years of relevant internal audit experience, particularly in audit execution and reporting.

- Proven experience in discussing audit findings with process owners and stakeholders effectively.

- Solid understanding of business processes, risks, and internal controls within the ITES sector.

- Excellent documentation, analytical, and report-writing skills.

- Proficient in communication and stakeholder management, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute comprehensive internal audit assignments, including planning, fieldwork, documentation, and reporting, adhering to established timelines.





- Evaluate and analyze business processes to assess the effectiveness of existing controls during audit fieldwork.

- Conduct thorough audit testing and maintain detailed working papers and supporting documentation.

- Identify, document, and communicate audit observations to relevant process owners promptly.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate the resolution and closure of audit observations.

- Prepare detailed and structured internal audit reports based on audit findings and analysis.

- Ensure the timely completion and closure of audit reports, adhering to the allocated man-weeks for each audit area.

- Track open audit observations and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and closure.

Requirements

- Qualified CA, Semi-Qualified CA, or MBA is required.
