- Assist in maintaining and updating FSSAI Schedule 4 records and documentation.

- Verify daily completion of hygiene, sanitation, temperature, and monitoring records.

- Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with GMP and GHP requirements.

- Support food safety training programs and maintain training records.

- Perform gap assessments using Schedule 4 checklists and report non-conformities.

- Follow up on corrective actions and compliance improvements.

- Assist during internal audits, inspections, and regulatory visits.

- Monitor food handler hygiene practices and housekeeping standards.

- Prepare basic compliance reports and communicate observations to the supervisor.

- Note
- The profile will include travelling at the client location and staying as per requirement. It can be outside city as well.



The travel and stay will be arranged by the organisation and/or it will be reiembursed. Complete safety and security will be the responsibility of the Orgnisation. It may involve night shifts as well.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
