We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for interior design and fit-out projects. The candidate should be able to calculate material quantities, estimate project costs and coordinate with designers, vendors and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in interior estimation.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for interior design and fit-out projects.
- Analyze interior drawings, layouts, and specifications to calculate material quantities.
- Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for materials, labour,
and other project requirements.
- Estimate costs for furniture, carpentry, modular kitchens, wardrobes, electrical work, painting, false ceilings and other interior works.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, site supervisors and vendors.
- Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
