Role & responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior site execution for residential and commercial projects.
- Read and understand interior layout drawings, working drawings, and detail drawings.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, POP/gypsum workers, and other contractors.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedules.
- Check the quality of materials, workmanship, dimensions, and finishing.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for material requirements and timely deliveries.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update the project manager.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage, and site inventory.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, vendors,



and project managers to resolve site issues.
- Ensure project work is completed according to approved designs and specifications.
