Interior Designer – Events & Experiential Design Company An Interior Designer in an events company is responsible for conceptualising, designing, and executing immersive event spaces, exhibition environments, brand installations, and experiential setups. Unlike traditional interior design, the role focuses on temporary spaces, creative storytelling, brand identity, and visitor experiences.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Concept Development & Creative Direction

- Develop creative concepts for luxury events, exhibitions, brand launches, and experiential installations.
- Create mood boards, material palettes, and visual references.
- Translate client briefs into innovative spatial design concepts.

1. 3D Designing & Visualisation

- Develop 3D renders and spatial layouts using 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar software.
- Design exhibition booths, entrance installations, lounges, display areas, and event backdrops.
- Prepare detailed views and presentations for client approvals.

1. Spatial Planning & Design

- Plan visitor circulation, zoning, and functional layouts.
- Design temporary structures, display units, podiums, installations,



and decorative elements.
- Integrate lighting, textures, furniture, and materials into the overall design.

1. Material Research & Production

- Explore innovative materials, fabrication techniques, and finishes.
- Coordinate with production teams, fabricators, carpenters, and installation artists.
- Prepare technical drawings, dimensions, and material specifications.

1. In office Execution

- Supervise design implementation during event setup.
- Ensure the final execution aligns with approved designs and renders.
- Resolve design and production challenges on-site.

Required Skills
- Strong design sensibility and creative conceptualisation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of event fabrication, materials, lighting, and finishes.
- Understanding of luxury event aesthetics, exhibition design, and experiential storytelling.
- Ability to work within budgets and tight event timelines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
