- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Robust design sense with knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. is an advantage.
- Experience in preparing layouts, elevations, working drawings, mood boards, and presentations.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Site coordination and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution.
