Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 3–5 Years Preferred

We are looking for a creative, confident, and result-oriented Design & Sales Executive with experience in commercial and corporate interior design. The ideal candidate should have strong design knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements, develop design concepts, prepare proposals, and convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client enquiries, meetings, and project discussions.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and design preferences.
- Develop space plans, layouts, design concepts, and presentations.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Generate leads, manage enquiries, and convert potential clients into projects.
- Present design solutions and explain project proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with design, execution,



and project management teams.
- Negotiate project pricing and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Commercial Interior Design & Sales Experience Mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Valuable understanding of office interiors, space planning, materials, and fit-out solutions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, costing, and proposal development.
- Ability to independently manage client meetings and sales discussions.
- Proven ability to convert leads and close projects.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
