Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about policy benefits, premiums, and coverage.
- Follow up with interested customers and generate sales.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
