Job Responsibilities

- Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems and field devices.
- Installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of sensors, flowmeters, transmitters and field instruments.
- Instrument calibration, testing and commissioning.
- PLC I/O connections, automation support and basic software configuration.
- Manage instrument calibration test bench and instrument workshop activities.
- Repair instruments and assess/measure spares and modifications.
- Ensure proper functioning and accuracy of process instruments.
- Use calibration equipment,



testing instruments and maintenance tools.
- Diagnose instrumentation faults and carry out corrective maintenance.
- Follow safe working practices in hazardous chemical environments.
- Implement Kaizen and Poka Yoke in maintenance activities.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in instrumentation maintenance.
- Robust knowledge of field instruments, transmitters and flowmeters.
- Experience in calibration, testing and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PLC I/O, automation and control systems.
- Predictive maintenance and condition monitoring experience.
- Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling and industrial safety.
- Experience with hazardous acids such as HCl, HSO, Nitric Acid and Acetic Acid.
- Exposure to Zone 0 / Zone 1 hazardous areas will be an added advantage.

Preferred Background Chemical | Petrochemical | Paint | Pharmaceutical | Fertilizer | Process Industries

Immediate joiners with relevant hazardous chemical/process plant instrumentation experience will be highly preferred.
