Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Leadership Development Trainer / Facilitator to design and deliver leadership development programs for employees, managers, and senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in leadership training, facilitation, coaching, and Leadership Development Programs (LDPs), including the ability to engage diverse audiences and drive measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness.

Experience delivering programs across global or multicultural teams will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) for emerging leaders, people managers, and senior executives.
- Facilitate leadership training sessions, workshops, group discussions, and interactive learning activities.
- Develop training content covering leadership competencies, people management, communication, decision-making, and team effectiveness.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify leadership skill gaps and organizational development requirements.
- Facilitate leadership workshops on team building,



conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, change management, and performance management.
- Coach and mentor leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and improve workplace effectiveness.
- Customize leadership development programs based on business objectives, participant requirements, and organizational culture.
- Deliver virtual, classroom, and blended learning programs for geographically distributed teams.
- Support global leadership training initiatives and collaborate with international stakeholders.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and post-training impact measurements.
- Track program participation, learning outcomes, and leadership development progress.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, and Learning & Development teams to align programs with organizational goals.
- Continuously improve training methodologies, facilitation techniques, and learning materials.
