- Instrumentation Designer

1. 2D Drafting /3D Modeling using Software Like - SP3D/S3D /E3D/ AutoCAD / Smart sketch.
2. Preparation & Review of Detailed Engineering Drawings - Layouts, Tray & cable routing, Tray supports, Cable schedule, Drum schedule, JB schedule, Typical Installation dwgs, Hookups etc.
3. 3D Modeling of Cable Trays / Cable routing / Instrument items.
4. Working knowledge of E3D / S3D is preferrable.
5. Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
6. Experience in close co-ordination with multi-disciplinary teams including Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, Civil, Architecture, Buildings, Telecom, HSE and Marine engineers for receipt & transfer of interface information.

- Instrumentation Engineers a. Instrument Engineering
1. Preparation of Material/ Purchase requisition, Datasheets, Specifications for various field instruments such Pressure, Flow, Level, Temperature, Cables, JBs, etc.
2. Vendor offer evaluation, Vendor document review.
3. Preparation of P&I; Interface, Level sketches, Instrument Index.
4. Knowlegde of Hazardous Area classification.
5. Experience in close co-ordination with multi-disciplinary teams.

b. Installation Engineering
1.



Experience with Installation engineering - Estimation of Bulk MTOs for Cables, JBs, Glands, Cable trays, Tray supports, Installation material etc.
2. Working knowledge of various 2D & 3D tools (ACAD, SPR, Smartsketch, PDMS, S3D).
3. Working knowledge of MS Office tools.

c. SPI INTOOLS
1. Proficiency in SPI INTOOLS is required.
2. Hands on experience with SPI INTOOLS - SmartPlant Instrumentation (Instrument Index Module, Datasheet module, Hookup Modules, Wiring & loop dwgs module)

General Should be open to short- or long-term deputations to office / site (domestic/ international). Site construction & commissioning experience will be an added advantage.

Positive spoken & written English communication

Early joiners will be preferred.

Experience

- 5 to 10 Years experience in EPC or Detail Engineering in.
- Offshore / Onshore - Oil & Gas industry, Refineries or Petrochemicals.
- Work Experience in FPSO/ FPU/ FSRU/ FLNG Projects is preferred.
