As we expand across Bengaluru, we’re growing our instructor network to support our next phase of growth.

Role Overview

As an Instructor Acquisition Intern, you will help expand Lane’s instructor network by reaching out to potential instructors, conducting follow-up calls, maintaining instructor data, and supporting the onboarding process. This role is ideal for someone with good communication skills who enjoys speaking with people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Instructor Outreach & Acquisition

- Call and reach out to potential driving instructors to introduce Lane and explain the partnership opportunity.
- Follow up with interested instructors and maintain regular communication to move them through the onboarding process.
- Update call outcomes, responses, and follow-up requirements regularly.

2. Data Management & Tracking

- Maintain and update instructor databases, call logs, and onboarding trackers.
- Ensure instructor information and follow-up statuses are recorded accurately.
- Track leads, interested instructors, pending responses,



and onboarding progress.

3. Instructor Onboarding Support

- Coordinate with interested instructors to collect the required documents and information.
- Follow up on pending documentation and support instructors throughout the onboarding process.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

3. Operations Support

- Support the team in meeting daily and weekly outreach targets.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure potential instructor leads are not missed.

Who We’re Looking For

- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and confidence in speaking with people over the phone.
- Comfortable making calls, conducting follow-ups, and engaging with potential partners.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel for maintaining and updating data.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working towards daily and weekly targets.
