Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and experienced Inside Sales Expert to connect with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, explain our services, and convert qualified leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, negotiation, lead management, and sales closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email.




- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Explain company services related to MSME funding assistance, government schemes, compliance, and certifications.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services based on their business needs.
- Handle customer queries, objections, negotiations, and pricing discussions professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales reports in CRM or Excel.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
- Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams after successful sales conversion.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and referrals.
- Share daily sales performance reports and pipeline updates with the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
