Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled

Audio Installation Technician to set up, configure, and troubleshoot qualified audio and low-voltage sound systems. In this role, you will work on various projects—ranging from commercial venues, corporate offices, and educational institutions to high-end residential spaces—ensuring exceptional sound quality and seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities

- System Installation:

Install, mount, and integrate audio components, including speakers, amplifiers, mixers, microphones, DSPs, and cabling, according to engineering blueprints and system designs.

- Wiring &
- Termination:

Run, pull, dress, and terminate low-voltage cables (CAT6, XLR, speaker wire, coaxial, HDMI) with high standards of neatness and labeling.

- Testing &

- Calibration:

Perform equipment testing, gain staging, acoustic calibration, and system tuning to ensure optimal audio performance and clarity.

- Troubleshooting:





Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or wiring faults during and after the installation process.

- Client Handover:

Provide basic training to end-users on how to operate the installed audio equipment and systems.

- Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of as-built wiring diagrams, equipment serial numbers, and project completion reports.

- Safety &

- Compliance:

Adhere strictly to workplace safety guidelines, local electrical codes, and proper ladder/scaffolding or height safety procedures.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in Electronics, Audio Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience:

Minimum of [1–3+ years] of hands-on experience in commercial or residential audio/AV installation.
