About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive sales of Dexter Box, our hands-on STEM learning kit, and other IE Skool educational solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to schools and prospective customers.
- Promote Dexter Box and explain its perks.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects and convert them into sales.
- Connect with school principals, management and teachers.
- Maintain lead records and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales or business development.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- English and Tamil preferred; Hindi or other regional languages are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- A target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
