Job Purpose To lead and manage the inside sales team, achieve sales targets, oversee CRM operations, coordinate with banks for customer loans, and ensure smooth customer transactions from initial enquiry to final registration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and monitor the inside sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and improve conversion rates.

2. Sales &
- Lead Management:

Monitor lead allocation, customer follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and sales performance.

- CRM Management: Oversee CRM activities, customer records, pending follow-ups, complaints, documentation, and registration status.

- Bank Coordination: Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for customer loan applications, documentation, approvals, and disbursements.

- Registration Coordination: Coordinate with CRM, Accounts, and Legal teams to ensure timely completion of customer documentation and property registration.

- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, CRM activities, loan status, and pending registrations.

Handle escalations, resolve operational challenges, and maintain team productivity under pressure.

Qualification &

- Experience

- Bachelor's degree
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

- 47 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate.

- Prior experience in team handling, CRM management, and bank loan coordination preferred.

Required Skills

- Solid leadership and team management.

- Target-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Good knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and property registration procedures.
