We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in lead generation, customer coordination, and sales support, preferably in the Fire Alarm, ELV, CCTV, Access Control, or Electronic Security industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify potential customers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and corporate clients.
- Make outbound calls and follow up on sales enquiries and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales and presales teams.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Maintain customer databases, lead status, and follow-up records in CRM or Excel.




- Coordinate with regional sales teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and pending customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, calling, and sales support targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a BBA or MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.
- 14 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, lead generation, or sales coordination.
- Experience in Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, ELV, or Electronic Security is preferred.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates currently working with ELV system integrators, fire alarm companies, electronic security companies, or CCTV and surveillance solution providers will be preferred.
