We're Hiring | Inside Sales Executive

Tech Zoomers India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic, target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Hyderabad.

? Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (Work from Office)

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Industry: HR Tech | SaaS | Enterprise Software

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other channels.
- Connect with HR Heads, CHROs, and business decision-makers.
- Introduce and promote our HRAmps HRMS, Payroll, and Enterprise Software Solutions .
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to drive conversions.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines and activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales,



or Lead Generation.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Experience in SaaS, HRMS, IT, or software sales will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
